Questions about the access tokens for test accounts

How long are the tokens granted via the Test Account control panel good for? Also, how hard will it be to transition code that uses the Test Accounts and those tokens to the real OAuth flow used in real applications?

  Access tokens are granted for 30 days and the process is the same for Test accounts and real applications.
